Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your G-Spit BBQs experience.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (mostly perishable food items), we do not accept returns once orders are prepared or delivered.

For non-food items (e.g., accessories, equipment), returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase is supplied.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking or delivery may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled delivery/booking unless otherwise agreed.
